The field team provides worldwide PHS&T training and assistance to Navy and Marine Corps retrograde PHS&T process owners, afloat and ashore, who are responsible for performing the PHS&T of retrograde depot level repairables (DLRs). The team also assists other DOD components, such as DLA, when improving the protection of the assets involves improving segments of the retrograde pipeline owned by other components. The team operates in a spirit of partnership as valuable assistants, not inspectors, building effective relationships across DOD organizations to improve retrograde PHS&T.
