    AMPS (DLA Account Management and Provisioning System, amps.dla.mil) is the single gateway to request and manage access/roles for DLA applications — WebFLIS, Disposition Services/RTD, HMIRS, and more. Registration in AMPS is the required first step; CAC/PIV holders get immediate access after Cyber Awareness Training, and non-CAC external users (vendors, public) can register with an email-verified account instead.

    milSuite

    milSuite was the U.S. Army's CAC-gated, behind-the-firewall suite of DoD collaboration tools (milBook, milWiki, milTube, milSurvey, milUniversity), launched in 2009 and managed under the Army's MilTech portfolio (PEO EIS). The Army officially sunset the entire platform on 30 April 2025; it is retired with no successor site at the same URL — this should be published as a retirement notice.

    Flank Speed is the Department of the Navy's CAC-gated, IL5-authorized Microsoft 365 cloud collaboration environment (Teams, Office, 1TB OneDrive) for Sailors, Marines, civilians, and contractors, developed by PEO Digital and operated by Navy Network Warfare Command; it replaced the pandemic-era CVR environment starting June 2021.

    The tool once known by this entry (TOL Secure Messaging) was retired in November 2023; MHS beneficiaries now use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, a DS Logon/CAC-gated Defense Health Agency system for secure messaging, appointments, and prescription refills.
