    The System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) is DD Form 2875 — the directory's current title, "DD Form 2872," is a form-number error: DD Form 2872 is a real but unrelated DoD form (the Depleted Uranium (DU) Questionnaire). DD Form 2875 is the standard, publicly downloadable DoD form for requesting, changing, or terminating access to a DoD information system, published by Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Executive Services Directorate.
