DLM 000.25, Defense Logistics Management System (DLMS)
DLM 4000.25 prescribes the Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) — DoD-wide logistics business rules and EDI/X12 transaction standards (not an automated system). DLA is the DoD Executive Agent under DoDD 8190.01E; DLA's Defense Enterprise Data Standards Office (DEDSO), under DLA Information Operations (J6), develops and publishes the manuals, which are public.

DOCUMENT IDENTIFIER CODES DOCID DIC
Document Identifier Codes (DIC), also called DOCID, are the three-character alphanumeric codes occupying record positions 1-3 of a MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP logistics transaction that tell DoD supply and transportation systems what kind of transaction it is (requisition, status, receipt, cancellation, etc.). They are defined and maintained by DLA's Defense Enterprise Data Standards Office (DEDSO) in DLM 4000.25 (the Defense Logistics Management Standards manual), Volume 2, Appendix 2.1.

DoD Web Supply Discrepancy Reporting SDR
DoD WebSDR is DLA Transaction Services' application automating Supply Discrepancy Reporting (the electronic SF 364) under DLMS, letting customers report shipping/packaging discrepancies and route them among customer, ICP/IMM, and shipper; access via the DLA DAAS System Access Request (SAR) process.

CDTS Volume 10 is a DLA-published reference volume of code tables and grids used in federal cataloging under FLIS, maintained by DLA's Cataloging Data Standards team within the Defense Enterprise Data Standards Office. It underlies standardized codes (MATCAT, CIIC, units of issue, etc.) used across DoD cataloging systems. Publicly available on dla.mil.
